  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The information you are provided is vague and they will direct you to another department for a simple answer. I added my daughter to our policy when she moved in. The quote I was provided was inaccurate the first time. At the time there was two ladies working in the office. The blame game on who took the information proceeded for two weeks. Our insurance suddenly went up. After going to the office to find out why we were told that all insurance went up across the board. The amounts did not add up. We were told to call billing. I would like to believe our agent would know why and how much our policy is. No letters or e-mails!!!

  These people are the epitome of horrible insurance customer service. Beware of the bait and switch. My Grandmothers husband passed away and she sent them his death certificate the following month. 2 years later they were still refusing to take him off of the policy. Kathys excuse was that "she forgot to file it with the home office".. Do your job Kathy or find another one. They are rude, and don't want to schedule Saturday appointments because "it is inconvenient for them"... Upon my grandmothers cancellation we were expecting a 27 day pro rate refund. However, because for the second time Kathy "forgot" to file the policy cancellation with the home Office for 6 days after the cancelation was signed, my grandmother was only pro rated for 22 or so days worth of a refund. These people do not give a damn about their customers. Do not fall victim to this scheme. They were charging my 70 year old Grandmother 153 dollars a month for car insurance.... And she drives less than 7500 miles per year on a 2008 model Toyota Sienna van. She now pays 80 bucks a month for the exact same Coverage same Vehicle. These are the kind of people you're dealing with. Start you out at a low rate and jack you Up Every year until you're paying what a 16 year old should be paying.
