  WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! I work M-F till 6:00 pm and need to talk to someone about a package i have being sent to me that could be going to the wrong location. I have called so many times over the last 3 hours. Beyond frustrating.

  My special Thanks go out to Barbara at the Warner Robins, Ga Postal Service. Barbara is an Angel who went over and beyond bringing my package to me that got mixed up in delivery this morning on her way home from work this afternoon. This was the shot I needed to help me fight my life altering illness a little harder and made my day a whole lot brighter! You made my day! Thank you Barbara! God Bless.

  The worst experience I've had. I usually don't do ratings. Majority of the time I don't have a problem with the location on Russell. Today I had an encounter with Barbara. Very rude....... I explained that I was going out of town and I needed to come pick up my package. I've never had a problem doing this until today. I order thru USPS all the time. Mind you, it's early in the AM the drivers are still there. Her customer service skills are horrible. She kept cutting me off and went on to say the employees could get fired for "helping their customers out." But if you read below, she went to someone house to deliver their package. It's a way to handle situations. Very unprofessional........ I will be calling the home office.
