They will complete a specific type of transaction one day, and then tell you TOUGH LUCK when you need the exact same service the following day. I was able to go to a bank that I am NOT A CUSTOMER AT, and get a cash advance off my card... But my own bank refused to help me. SOME SERVICE YOU'VE GOT THERE WELLS FARGO!!!!!!!!!!
